This UI/UX project is for a web-based application for potential new hires to take a personality assessment. It needed to possess branding matching the companies existing style while providing a user flow that was clear throughout. While building out the front-end design, mobile and tablet views where kept in mind the entire way so the entire application is responsive.

Before beginning any design work, I go through and create a user-flow to map out the functionality of the application. I go through a discovery phase with the client and talk through every detail so when the design phase is started there is a clear set of requirements and expectations of deliverables has been set.

Designing a responsive web-page application is essential. When I design for desktop I ensure that it is mobile and tablet friendly at all times, and I always design with a plan in place. Building in media-queries is also part of my workflow so that each screen size is optimized.
